Hiring is broken. We're here to raise the bar.

Whether you're an internal talent team or a recruitment agency, you’ve seen it: ghosted candidates, fake job ads, missing salaries, and poor communication.

We believe ethical employers and recruiters should stand out — not get lost in the noise. That’s why we created the Ethical Recruitment Charter: to recognise those who hire with integrity, transparency, and care.

The Process

1. Choose Your Track

Select either ‘In-House’ or ‘Agency’ and register your team

2. Complete the Assessment

Evaluate your policies, job ads, templates, candidate comms, and internal systems.

3. Submit Evidence

We review anonymised samples of your live processes.

4. Get Certified

You’ll receive a score and certification level: Certified, Certified+, or Gold.
